As shown in the “before” state, a corner of the property was being overtaken by dense weeds and neglected ground cover surrounding an old evergreen tree. Our crew began by completely excavating the unruly weeds and wild turf, stripping the area down to clean soil to ensure a long-lasting finish.

Step 2: Installing the Low-Maintenance River Rock Bed

To give the homeowner a clean look that requires zero mowing or intensive upkeep, we installed a durable landscape fabric barrier to block future weed growth, added sleek landscape edging, and filled the area with premium, multi-toned river rock. The bright stones beautifully complement the surrounding trees and provide a pristine, well-defined border right next to the structure.

Step 3: Parkway Lawn Sod Repair

Out front, the curb appeal needed a quick lift where the turf had thinned out. Our team precisely cut out the damaged patches of grass, prepped the soil beneath, and laid down healthy, premium sod. The new sod was tightly integrated into the existing lawn to ensure it roots deeply and blends perfectly into a seamless green carpet over the coming weeks.
