Complete Backyard Transformation

Project Overview

This project includes removing the existing fence in the designated area and installing a new 6-foot white semi-privacy vinyl fence with alternating pickets and a matching walkway gate. Work includes post installation, gate hardware, site adjustments as needed, cleanup, and coordination of any required fence permit fees.

This project transforms the backyard with a fully integrated outdoor living space that includes new concrete patios and walkways, a cedar pergola with gutters, drainage improvements, backyard regrading and sod installation, shed assembly, electrical upgrades, A/C unit relocation, and mulch installation. Work includes all necessary site preparation, materials, utility coordination, and finishing details to create a functional, durable, and cohesive outdoor environment.

To maximize the usability of the backyard, our team constructed new concrete patios and walkways that provide durable outdoor gathering areas and seamless access throughout the landscape. A custom cedar pergola was installed as the centerpiece of the outdoor living space, complete with an integrated gutter system to improve drainage and protect the structure from the elements.

In addition to the hardscape improvements, the property underwent significant grading and drainage work to ensure proper water management and long-term landscape health. The backyard was carefully regraded before installing fresh sod and decorative mulch, creating a lush, finished appearance while improving drainage and preventing future erosion issues.

The project also included several important utility and infrastructure upgrades.
