Project Overview

This landscape enhancement project was designed to improve the beauty, health, and long-term maintenance of the property’s front and side garden beds. By combining soil improvements, decorative stone installation, weed prevention, and new plantings, the project transformed the existing landscape into a clean, attractive, and low-maintenance outdoor space.

Our team began by amending the front garden bed with premium mushroom compost to enrich the soil and create a healthy growing environment for new plant material. The improved soil helps promote stronger root development, better moisture retention, and long-term plant health.

To minimize future maintenance, the planting beds were treated with a pre-emergent herbicide before installing professional-grade weed barrier fabric. Decorative 1–2 inch river rock was then installed throughout the front and side landscape beds, providing a durable, attractive finish that helps suppress weed growth while reducing the need for annual mulch replacement.

The project also included the installation of customer-selected plant material. Our team professionally planted up to five shrubs and twenty-five perennials, ensuring proper spacing, planting depth, and placement to encourage healthy growth and create a balanced, visually appealing landscape design.

Following installation, the entire work area was cleaned and finished, leaving the property with refreshed planting beds that offer enhanced curb appeal, improved soil health, and a low-maintenance landscape designed to thrive for years to come.
