Project Overview

This project involved the complete landscape installation for a newly constructed residence, transforming a bare lot into a beautiful, functional, and welcoming outdoor environment. The design combines professionally selected trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and perennial plantings with proper grading and lawn installation to enhance curb appeal while supporting long-term landscape health.

Our team began with site preparation, soil conditioning, and finish grading to establish the proper elevations and drainage around the home. Careful attention was given to protecting the foundation by directing surface water away from the structure while creating smooth transitions throughout the property.

The landscape design features a balanced combination of evergreen shrubs, flowering shrubs, ornamental trees, and seasonal perennials that provide year-round structure, color, and texture. Groundcover plantings help reduce maintenance while creating a cohesive appearance throughout the planting beds.

Premium mulch was installed across all landscape beds to improve moisture retention, suppress weed growth, and provide a clean, finished appearance. Lawn areas were prepared and restored to create a lush, healthy turf that complements the new landscape installation.
