Project Overview

This project offers two improvement options: replacing a front yard retaining wall with a new engineered wall and drainage system, or completing backyard cleanup with stump removal, bed demolition, grading, and new sod installation. Additional work includes clearing buckthorn, yard debris, and removing a brick pile to prepare the property for further landscaping.

The first option focused on replacing the existing front yard retaining wall with a professionally engineered retaining wall system. The new wall was designed to improve structural stability, enhance curb appeal, and better manage soil retention. An integrated drainage system was included behind the wall to relieve hydrostatic pressure, promote proper water flow, and help extend the lifespan of the retaining wall.
