Project Overview

This lawn restoration project focused on reclaiming an area left behind after stump grinding and transforming it into a healthy, attractive lawn. The remaining debris, uneven ground, and weed growth made the space unsuitable for new grass, so our team completed a comprehensive site preparation process to create the ideal foundation for long-term lawn success.

We began by removing all stump grinding debris, excess wood chips, weeds, and unwanted organic material from the site. Once the area was thoroughly cleared, premium screened topsoil was brought in to replenish the soil and create an optimal growing environment for new turf. The site was then carefully fine graded to establish a smooth, level surface that promotes proper drainage and provides a clean, professional finish.

To complete the restoration, approximately 529 square feet of premium sod was installed, instantly transforming the previously disturbed area into a lush, green lawn. After installation, the sod received its initial watering to encourage successful establishment. The homeowner was provided with watering guidelines to ensure the new lawn develops strong, healthy roots during the establishment period.

The finished project delivered a seamless lawn restoration that eliminated the unsightly remnants of stump removal while significantly improving the property’s appearance and usability.
